Coakley, Brown, Win the Race to the Primaries

Martha Coakley, Massachusetts’ Attorney General, won Tuesday’s Democratic primary election for the

US Senate seat left by the late Ted Kennedy.

State Senator Scott Brown won the GOP easily against Jack E. Robinson.


Coakley and Brown will run against each other in the final special election on January 19.
